In order to nominate or vote for All-County Selections, vote at seeding meetings, or be honored as the Coach of the Year, you must be a member of the PCCA. See your Athletic Director or School Rep for details.

The Principal and Athletic Director will be notified in writing by Association if the Head Coach {or a designee} from that school does not attend the All-County Selection Meeting.  
Note: person attending must be a member of the PCCA

Attention Tournament Chairpersons: Please make sure you are familiar with the seeding meeting and selection meeting guidelines prior to your meeting. The guidelines are located in your PCCA Handbook. As per PCCA policy, the guidelines are to be read to the coaches prior to the start of any meeting. If you have any questions, contact your Executive Director 
Tournament Chairpersons or Executive Directors will email All-County Teams to Tim Gillen only.  
All County Team submissions and release to media, schools, web master, awards shop and program for the All-County Dinners will only be through Tim Gillen. Schools and Tournament Chair Persons will not release the All-County Teams to anyone. If a school or Tournament Chairperson has a particular media outlet they would like the All-County Teams to go to, simply send me a name and email address and I will add it to the media folder.

Boys and Girls Soccer- All-County Meeting Monday, November 2, 2015 at 7:00 PM @ PCTI.
Cross Country- All-County Meeting Monday, October 26, 2015, at 7:00 PM @ Clifton HS Room East 115.
Football- All-County Meeting Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 4:00 PM @ West Milford HS
Field Hockey- All-County Meeting Thursday, October 29, 2015, 6:45 PM @ Wayne Hills
Tennis- All-County Meeting Monday, October 19, 2015 7:30 PM @ Passaic Valley HS
Volleyball- All-County Meeting Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 7:30 @ PCTI.
Gymnastics- All-County Meeting immediately following the tournament on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 @ West Milford HS

All information for the Treasurer should be sent to Bob Dondero’s home address.

Reminder to All PCCA Members- The PCCA Membership card admits the member whose name is on the card and one guest only. The membership card does not guarantee entrance to any sold out event. Membership cards are non transferable. We do not accept coaches cards from any other league or county.
