In order to nominate or vote for All-County Selections, vote at seeding meetings, or be honored as the Coach of the Year, you must be a member of the PCCA.  See your Athletic Director or School Rep for details.



The Principal and Athletic Director will be notified in writing by the President of the Passaic County Coaches Association if the Head Coach {or a designee} from that school does not attend the All-County Selection Meeting. 
Note: person attending must be a member of the PCCA



Attention Tournament Chairpersons: Please make sure you are familiar with the seeding meeting and selection meeting guidelines prior to your meeting.  The guidelines are located in your PCCA Handbook.  As per PCCA policy, the guidelines are to be read to the coaches prior to the start of any meeting.  If you have any questions, contact your Executive Director. Two copies of the Tournament and All-County Selection Meeting information is to be sent to every school in the county, one copy to the coach and one copy to the Athletic Director. 
A copy must also be sent to Bob Dondero for awards preparation.

Baseball-  All County Meeting June 1, 2010, 7:00 PM @ PCTI.
Softball-  All County Meeting May 19, 2010, 7:30 PM @ West Milford in the Faculty Cafeteria.
Golf- All County Meeting is TBA.
B/G Track- All County Meeting May 18, 2010, 7:00 PM @ Clifton in room E115.
Boys Volleyball- All County Meeting May 24, 2010, 7:30 PM @ PCTI.
Girls Golf- If you have a Girls Golf Team contact Sharon Hughes at PCTI.
Lacrosse- All County Meeting May 24, 2010, 7:30 PM @ Wayne Hills.





All information for the Treasurer should be sent to Bob Dondero’s home address.

Reminder to All PCCA Members- Your PCCA Membership card admits you only to PCCA sponsored tournaments that are not sold out.  Your membership card is non transferable.
